Jasmine Engineering performed certain basic building system commissioning services associated with the conversion, expansion and renovation of the following the Bexar County Adult Detention Center (ADC) facilities; the newly – renovated Woman’s Annex; the newly – renovated Administration Building; the new South Tower/ Unit; and the new Work Release Center.
