UT Arena Project “The Forty”

Construction Cost: $338 million
Size: 10,000 to 15,000 Seating Capacity depending on venue

Jasmine Engineering is providing Mechanical and Plumbing Commissioning Services for the University of Texas- Austin Men’s and Women’s Basketball Arena – The Forty. The Forty Arena is pursing LEED Silver V4 Certification and is approximately 475,000 SF, with five floor levels that will host other professional and amateur sports, entertainment, and cultural events. On an annual basis, the Arena will host approximately 30 NCAA basketball games and 200 concerts, tradeshows, and other events. The Arena is currently programmed to have seating for approximately 10,000 people for UT Basketball games, 13,500 seats for end-stage concerts, and 15,000 seats for center-stage events. The Arena’s project cost is projected at $ 338 Million and is scheduled to reach substantial completion in January of 2022.

Austin Airport Expansion

Construction Cost: $360 million
Jasmine Engineering provided professional services for enhanced commissioning services for terminal improvements including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and other building systems as required for the ABIA Terminal and Apron Expansion project.

The Independent

Construction Cost: $300 million
Services: Jasmine Engineering is providing LEED Fundamental and LEED Enhanced Commissioning services for the tallest residential tower west of the Mississippi. Services are provided through the design construction, and post construction phases of the project to meet LEED and Austin Energy project requirements for energy, water, indoor environmental quality, and sustainability.
