Jasmine Engineering was part of the City of Austin’s team for Owner Representative Services for this municipal project. The project included expansion and renovation of existing municipal convention center. Jasmine Engineering had responsibility for the team’s Project Management services related to engineering systems. Engineering systems included: Structural, Civil, HVAC, Special Ventilation, Secondary Power Distribution, Utilities, Lighting, Security, Fire Alarm, and Fire Protection. One of the challenges was to provide an acoustically sound building with great indoor air quality. This project was completed on time and under budget.
