Facility Assessment
A “Facility Assessment Study” or “Facility Condition Assessment Study” identifies and documents all current building deficiencies of the structure, systems and components, and estimates the associated costs for repair, upgrade and code compliance. It establishes a baseline for evaluating and prioritizing immediate and long term needs relative to functional and programmatic needs.
Using industry-standard cost databases, as well as, historical cost data complied in-house, a detailed Facility Assessment Study determines immediate and long-term cost liabilities for deferred maintenance, building component retrofit, code compliance and functional inadequacies. This allows the Owner to address current operational requirements, capital funding scenarios and facility upgrade forecasting as part of your capital project planning efforts.
