Jasmine Engineering is providing MEP Commissioning and Enhanced Commissioning services, which include Building Envelope Commissioning, on the new Mixed Use Office Building for Employees Retirement System of Texas. The project is pursuing LEED V4 Silver Certification and is approximately 390,000 Square feet. The 10-story facility is a multi-tenant office and retail building with below-grade vehicle parking and Austin Energy Electrical Vault, including a sky bridge on the 6th level that will provide access to the current existing facility of Employees Retirement System of Texas. The new construction is a $52 Million project and is scheduled for Substantial Completion in January of 2021.

Jasmine Engineering has worked with The State of Texas on various projects throughout the years, including the Central Services Building for the Texas Facilities Commission.

The building is home to the main offices of the Texas Facilities Commission, as well as, other State offices. Working hand-in-hand with the Owner and other Consultants, throughout the project Jasmine Engineering helped to ensure that the renovation was completed on time, and within budget.
