Jasmine Engineering is truly a multidisciplinary firm, staffed in-house to offer clients a depth of experience and expertise in the essential professional disciplines necessary to provide Owner Representative and Commissioning services of all types. Jasmine Engineering assists owners with individual buildings, as well as more extensive development programs with multiple facilities and projects.

Jasmine Engineering was founded in 1984 in San Antonio, TX by Jasmine Azima, P.E., CxA. We have maintained a branch office in Austin since 1985 and have been actively engaged in the design and construction community for 40 years.

Jasmine Engineering was one of the first engineering firms in Texas established by a woman engineer. We are a registered Professional Engineering Firm in the State of Texas, as well as a Small Business Enterprise that is 100 percent woman owned.

Jasmine Engineering’s practice focuses on providing Owner Representative and Commissioning services to Owners who are involved in planning, developing and operating facilities of all types. Jasmine Engineering provides Facility Assessment, Programming, Project Management, Program Management, Systems Assessment, Special Systems Commissioning, Building Envelope Commissioning, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Systems Commissioning and Total Building Commissioning services that are tailored on an individual, client-specific and project-specific basis.

Jasmine Engineering originated as a Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineering firm. However, for the last 25 years, the firm has focused on providing Owner Representative Services, including facility assessments, programming, program management, construction management, project management, total building commissioning, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems commissioning, building envelope commissioning, LEED commissioning, and retro-commissioning Services.

Jasmine Engineering no longer does design services of any sort, making this conversion because providing both design services and commissioning services is a potential conflict of interest.

Over the years, Jasmine Engineering has successfully provided these services on a variety of complex projects, including many significant projects for the State of Texas, City of San Antonio, Bexar County, the City of Austin, and numerous educational clients. To date, the company has successfully completed over 1000+ projects representing a consolidated total construction cost of over $30 billion.
