This new facility serves as the headquarters for both the COSA Police and Fire Departments, replacing their former offices at various locations. The Design / Build with Bridging Documents delivery method was used. This project won the San Antonio Business Journal’s 2012 Best in Commercial Real Estate award for “Best Municipal Project” and achieved LEED Silver Certification.
